Privacy policy

This policy explains how SchoolRadar SG (operated by SGSR, "we") collects, uses and protects personal data under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

• Report criteria: the PSLE score, Posting Group, child’s gender, preferred areas and subject you enter, and approximate coordinates derived from your postal code (about 100 m precision). We do not collect your child’s name, school or NRIC, and we do not store the postal code itself.
• Payment details: payments are processed by Stripe, which collects your email and payment method. We never see full card numbers.
• Usage data: if site analytics (such as Google Analytics) is enabled, anonymous browsing data such as pages viewed and approximate region.

How we use it

• To generate the report you bought and let you reopen it;
• To handle payments, refunds and your enquiries;
• To improve the site.

We do not sell personal data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it is kept and for how long

We keep no user database of our own. Report criteria are stored in the Stripe payment record (as order metadata) so your report link keeps working, retained according to Stripe’s record-keeping and legal requirements for transaction records. Stripe may process data outside Singapore with protections comparable to the PDPA.

Your rights

You may ask to access or correct personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent. Email CS4SGSR@gmail.com with your payment receipt and we will reply within 30 days.

Cookies

The site stores language and filter preferences locally in your browser. When analytics is enabled, analytics cookies are used; you can block them in your browser.
